IT 1st and 2nd Level Supporter (a) 100% [Ref:2426]

• Receiving and classifying enquiries via telephone and web tickets as well as initial fault analysis
• Independent fault resolution via remote support and consulting on Microsoft workplace systems
• Forwarding complex enquiries to 2nd level support and initiating escalation procedures
• Performing simple installation and maintenance work on PCs, peripherals, network components, and communication devices
• Creating instructions and continuously improving support processes

• Completed training in the IT field (apprenticeship, Matura, degree) or at least three years of experience in first- or second-level support
• Very good 1st and 2nd level support knowledge
• Solid IT knowledge in office automation, especially in MS Office, UCC, Windows 11, M365, and MDM
• Profound experience in handling faults and enquiries
• Microsoft certification MS-900 (M365 Fundamentals), AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) or a comparable official Microsoft certification is an advantage
• German language skills at level C2 and French or Italian language skills at level B2 are mandatory
