From 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a new employee as

Nurse Specialist HF for Customer Care

(Employment scope 80 - 100%)

In this important role, you are responsible for initial consultation, assessment and ongoing, competent care of customers and relatives. You build a trusting relationship with our customer families and continuously maintain it. You organise a professional service process for our customers.

You prepare care reports, are responsible for quality control of services as well as coaching our supervising "Seniopair" on site. You actively support the scheduling in deployment planning. As the case manager, you are responsible for assessing care needs, planning and control.

We are looking for a flexible and service-oriented personality with high social competence and completed training as a nurse specialist or an equivalent diploma recognised by the SRK. Rai knowledge is an advantage.
