The Lindenfeld Care Centre is a magnet facility in the Aargau West region and a Swiss leader in the field of Kinaesthetics. For our dementia area, we are looking for a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF to start immediately or by arrangement. We value diverse professional experience and welcome applications from people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. 

Your impact with us

• You take on the competent, resident-centred care and support of our residents
• You shape the entire care process using the RAI system in interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists, etc.
• You are the contact person for residents and their relatives and regularly conduct conversations in this context
• You actively contribute your expertise – whether in reports, meetings, or projects. Together, we further develop dementia care

Your profile

• Training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF 
• User knowledge of the RAI system
• Experience or strong interest in people with dementia
• Openness to familiarise yourself with Kinaesthetics and Validation and to live and support these concepts
• Enjoyment of the diversity and individuality of the residents
• Humour, empathy, and great commitment to positively manage even challenging situations
