Do you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working in a structured manner, and have an interest in quality, labelling, and legal requirements? In this versatile role, you are an important interface between our sales departments, external laboratories, certification bodies, and authorities.

Your tasks include in particular:

• Verification and control of product specifications as well as checking for legal compliance
• Supporting the sales departments in the creation and control of labelling
• Procurement and control of analysis samples
• Creation and review of labelling and additional labels
• Creation and maintenance of customer specifications
• Clarifications and order processing with certification bodies
• Support of quality assurance within the corporate group
• Communication and technical clarifications with authorities and offices
• Maintenance and updating of the article master data
• Maintenance and further development of the QM system
• Participation in the optimisation of internal quality processes

Our expectations of you:

• Completed basic training in the food industry (EFZ) or equivalent
• Vocational baccalaureate or commercial further education is a great advantage
• Quick comprehension with corresponding implementation ability
• Enthusiasm for food law and technical aspects
• Good MS Office skills required, Navision knowledge an advantage
• Confident German and English skills, further foreign languages desirable
• Communicative personality with drive and a long-term perspective
