Your tasks

In this role, you are responsible for the precise machining of demanding workpieces on CNC milling centres with Heidenhain control (3-/4- and/or 5-axis). You set up the CNC milling centre according to the TopSolid clamping plan, are responsible for tool assembly based on the TopSolid tool list, and operate a CNC-controlled goblet tool setting device. You process our customer orders in compliance with manufacturing and inspection guidelines as well as other quality requirements, perform order-related ERP bookings in the system, and produce drawing parts that meet specifications. You optimise and commission CAM-generated programmes, carry out weekly machine maintenance according to the operator's instructions, and ensure order and cleanliness at the workplace.

Your profile

You have a basic training as a polymechanic and/or production mechanic specialising in CNC milling, possess solid CNC knowledge, and are willing to work in a 2-shift system. You have an exact and precise way of working, good communication skills in German (spoken and written), and demonstrate a high degree of independence as well as teamwork skills.
