Support our long-standing customers on their digitalisation journey with suitable and innovative IT infrastructure solutions.

As a Junior IT Infrastructure Customer Advisor, you are the first point of contact for our customers' concerns in the IT infrastructure area. As the interface between the customer and the system engineer, you play an important role in the IT services department. For preparing quotes for expansion or renewal projects, you rely on predefined solutions or develop individual technical concepts together with the team that are suitable for the customer. We always keep the quality and long-term maintainability of the solution in mind. Depending on the concern, you visit customers on site to ensure optimal support and advice. A fixed part of your work also includes administrative and coordinative tasks, such as preparing the monthly invoicing and clarifications with suppliers.

Knowledge in the technical environment of IT infrastructures‍You have experience in the IT infrastructure field or are motivated to acquire this knowledge.

Qualification‍Training in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or telematics. We are also open to considering people with other technical backgrounds (e.g. EFZ as a draftsman, automation technician).
