We are looking for you as an ICT System Engineer (80-100%) to strengthen our team at one of our locations!

How you get involved:

• You inspire our customers because customer satisfaction is your top priority.
• You plan and implement technical solutions in the Microsoft, Azure and M365 environment.
• You actively carry out migrations, upgrades and infrastructure projects.
• You install, configure and optimise server, cloud and hybrid environments.
• You analyse technical requirements and implement them independently.
• You work closely with senior engineers, architects and project managers.
• You take responsibility for changes and documentation.
• You provide occasional support in operations, but your focus is clearly on engineering and projects.

What you bring with you:

• You have a basic IT education (specialising in system technology)
• At least 3 to 5 years of practical experience as a system engineer in the Microsoft environment.
• Experience in implementing infrastructure projects and technical migrations.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, Entra ID and Intune.
• You can plan and implement technical tasks independently.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and take responsibility.
• You act customer-oriented, are very independent but still a team player.
• You are confident in (Swiss) German and have good English skills.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
