To strengthen our office in Burgdorf, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, service-oriented, and numbers-savvy individual who enjoys a varied role in a small team. In this role, you will take responsibility at the interface of credit management, finance, and administration and contribute significantly to the smooth running of our processes.
Your tasks
- Monitoring deadlines, outstanding receivables, and agreed measures
- Checking and processing instalment agreementsContact with customers, banks, fiduciary companies, debt collection partners, and other partners
- Preparation of statements according to service agreements for various internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting in the preparation, creation, and handling of guarantee contracts and formalities
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Interest in credit business, economic contexts, and the SME support environment
- Structured, careful, and independent working style
- Collegial, helpful, and team-oriented personality
- Confident use of common Microsoft 365 applications
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, basic knowledge of French
