Work where the action is!

As Deputy Store Manager, you are jointly responsible with the Store Manager for the optimal operation of sales of our surprising range and for leading a team of employees.

You support the Store Manager in monitoring sales and stock levels and contribute ideas to improve shelf presentation. Together with the team, you pitch in wherever needed and ensure, among other things, that the store is always well maintained.

You are also jointly responsible for staff scheduling, processing incoming applications, and answering questions from colleagues and customers, ensuring everyone leaves the store with a smile.

What you bring

• At least two years of professional experience in retail or similar roles

• You are down-to-earth, entrepreneurial, and know how to motivate a team
• You identify with the Action culture: cost-conscious, customer-oriented, respectful, team player, disciplined, and straightforward.
• You speak German, French, depending on the store location. English is an advantage.
