With a clear focus on quality, customer proximity and innovative strength, the company has built up a first-class reputation over decades. To secure the succession of the current post holder in the long term and successfully, we are looking for an ambitious leader.
Overall objective of the position:
Ensuring smooth, efficient and customer-oriented handling of the entire spare parts business. You will relieve the current head in day-to-day business and take over the succession in the medium term with responsibility for spare parts sales & customer service.
Scope of duties
Operational deputy & day-to-day business
Deputy: of the department in the absence of the head Management of over 2,000 special parts: Coordination of the in-house warehouse and the online shop Digitalisation: Management of social media posts, maintenance and expansion of the webshop as well as participation in projects Customer advice: Professional and competent advice to demanding customers. Order processing: Efficient recording, processing and monitoring of spare parts orders in the ERP system. Organising re-manufacturing: Since many original parts no longer exist from the factory, the head and deputy head initiate in-house productions or special productions in the CAD area. Supplier management: Negotiations with foundries, mechanical workshops and specialist companies that reissue components (e.g. transmission parts, pedal rubbers or clutches) according to old plans Inventory management & controlling: Monitoring of stocks, avoiding shortages of common wear parts (such as filters or seals) and price calculation
What you should bring:
Education & expertise
Basic training: Technical or manual basic training (e.g. automotive mechatronics technician, agricultural machinery mechanic, polymechanic or logistician). Further training: Commercial further training (e.g. technical salesman, logistics specialist, process specialist or federal diploma). Professional experience: Several years of experience in spare parts, after-sales service or technical trade. Leadership: Initial leadership experience (e.g. as team leader or deputy) is a great advantage, but high leadership potential is expected. IT skills: Very good handling of modern ERP systems (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics) and MS Office applications.
Language skills
German: Native language (confident in spoken and written). Other foreign languages are an advantage)
