ICT Helpdesk Employee (a) 100% [Ref: 2723]

• Independent analysis and resolution of complex IT faults
• Provision of remote support and ensuring system availability
• Automation of support processes (PowerShell knowledge advantageous)
• Creation of documentation and training of users
• Participation in IT projects and further development of infrastructure

• Completed IT training or solid experience in support environment
• Confident handling of ticketing tools, as well as hardware and software
• Good written and oral communication skills and quick comprehension
• German at C2 level, Italian or French at least B2 mandatory
