OnSite Supporter 100% (m/f/d)
Tasks
In this position, you independently maintain and support the customer’s own IT infrastructure on site at our customers. You work within the support group and monitor the IT systems of the server landscapes daily, handling support requests. You actively support 1st level/client support regarding Office products and peripheral devices and create/expand documentation.
Since you are on site, you also take on coordination between the customer and our 2nd level support for larger projects, as well as for work between WAGNER and the customer’s IT staff.
Requirements
- Completed IT training and preferably some professional experience
- or career changers with several years of experience in the same field
- Expertise in virtualization, Microsoft Windows/Office, Windows Server and Active Directory
- Mandatory possession of a category B driving licence – combined with willingness to travel within Switzerland (vehicle provided)
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
- Outgoing personality who enjoys personal contact with customers and partners
- Very high customer and service orientation
- Independent and reliable working style
