  • Planning and managing the project regarding leading the project team, deliverables, deadlines, costs, quality and risks
  • Analysing and specifying the project idea (feasibility, profitability, risks and success factors in consultation with portfolio management)
  • Leading projects to achieve the project results and the project objectives (time, cost, quality)
  • Applying appropriate project management processes (monitoring risks and opportunities as well as checking the effectiveness of the measures initiated)
  • Defining project marketing and the communication plan and ensuring project information (maintaining relationships)
  • Leading projects in demanding stakeholder constellations

What makes you unique

  • University degree (Master's) in Computer Science or Business Informatics as well as experience in IT project management with different stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge of risk and quality management in IT projects (process analysis/design/modelling, risk assessment and implementation of countermeasures)
  • Knowledge of the organisation of the 1st pillar and experience in IT projects of the 1st pillar is an advantage
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking; goal- and result-oriented
  • Good oral and written knowledge of a second official language

In a nutshell

The ITM division develops and implements the digital transformation and innovation strategy of the Federal Social Insurance Office FSO in the area of the 1st pillar with agile and innovative IT projects. As project manager for the implementation of the electronic platform of the 1st pillar, you manage a strategically important project of the FSO and work closely with the relevant stakeholders.
