What you can achieve
- Administrative support of the project team in an international environment
- Organising internal and external meetings, workshops and events
- Hub function between various stakeholders
- Preparation, processing and review of presentations, maintenance and reviews of project and result documents
- Minute-taking and control activities
- Appointment coordination and correspondence
What you bring with you
- Ideally a qualification as an executive assistant with a federal certificate or basic business training
- Preferably professional experience in an assistant role
- Strong MS Office skills and IT affinity
- Independent and proactive working style with a high level of commitment
- Structured, organised and conscientious personality with can-do qualities, pronounced quality awareness and a confident appearance
- Very good German skills; English skills (Level B2) and French are an advantage

The Business Area C5I of RUAG MRO Holding AG supports the Swiss Army in the implementation of ICT projects with a specific focus on the Cyber Command.
