We are a medium-sized trust office in Thun and are looking immediately or by arrangement for a

Mandate Manager Trust (m/f/d)

(80 - 100%)

Your Tasks

• Preparation of accounting records and annual financial statements
• Payroll administration
• Filling out tax returns (legal/natural persons)
• Support with audit and consulting mandates
• Direct contact and professional care of customers

Your Profile

• Qualification as a certified trust and consulting specialist or certified accounting specialist
• Affinity for digital processes and modern working methods
• Several years of trust experience, ideally also in auditing
• Team player and service-oriented
• Resilient, reliable and flexible
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• Good MS Office skills as well as experience with Abacus or comparable accounting software
