Introduction

For our client, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual as a Property Manager 80-100%. In this versatile interface role, you will take responsibility for a diverse property portfolio, work closely with management, and contribute your expertise to exciting projects.

Type of Work

You can expect a varied role with a lot of personal responsibility and scope for creativity:

• Independent management of rental properties (residential and commercial properties)
• Care and maintenance of relationships with property owners
• Responsibility for the entire rental contract management
• Preparation and processing of service charge statements
• Accounts receivable / accounts payable
• Professional support of tenants
• Damage reports
• Coordination of maintenance work as well as control and supervision of craftsmen
• Participation in renovation and new construction projects

Requirements Profile

• You have the Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence in Property Management or bring many years of solid professional experience in property management
• You enjoy working independently, solution-oriented, and with a high standard of quality
• You have very good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• High personal responsibility as well as a structured and reliable working method
• Strong service and communication skills
• Good user knowledge of AbaImmo
