Not far from the Schnebelhorn in the Zurich Oberland, we operate an external site for people with increased structural needs in a secluded and natural environment at Strahlegg. Available immediately or by arrangement as
Social Pedagogue as Team Leader for the Steg Location in the Tösstal (80 – 100%)
You have many years of experience in caring for people with cognitive impairments, especially those with challenging behaviour and increased structural needs. With your committed, natural, and people-oriented manner, you make a significant contribution to ensuring that we can offer our residents a home precisely tailored to their needs.

For this, we entrust you with the responsibility:
- Personnel, organisational, and financial management of the residential community with 6 residents
- Educational responsibility for living and daily structure
- Participation in the support and care of people with cognitive impairments and challenging behaviour.
- Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration, including with the specialists of the Wagerenhof Foundation
- Administrative tasks
You are a good fit for us and this position if you also place our residents at the centre of your work and bring the following:
- Completed studies as a Social Pedagogue FH/HF
- Experience in supporting people with cognitive impairments and challenging behaviour
- Proven leadership experience
- High cooperation skills and transparency
- Planning and organisational competence
- Preferably own vehicle available
