Deputy Team Leader: Nursing 60 - 100%
Your tasks
You support the team leadership in the operational and organisational management of the nursing team. You share responsibility for ensuring professional and person-centred care and participate in development projects in the field of nursing. Furthermore, you take on tasks in duty planning, quality assurance, and case discussions. You are the contact person for employees, relatives, as well as internal interfaces and actively participate in everyday nursing.
Due to the replacement new build of Domicil Bethlehemacker, your workplace will be in Bern-Bethlehem until the end of April 2027 and from May 2027 in Ostermundigen. As part of the transitional location, varied and instructive tasks with opportunities for co-design await you.

Your profile
- Education at secondary or tertiary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK or FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Initial experience in professional or organisational leadership is an advantage
- High social competence, strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Willingness to take responsibility and to develop further in leadership roles
- Resilient, solution-oriented and empathetic personality
- Interest in professional development, targeted support from us
