Sushi Mania, a leading Swiss provider of fresh sushi and Asian convenience products, is seeking an entrepreneurial personality as Business Partner Finance as part of the Fresh Food & Beverage Group. You will be responsible for financial management, accompany transformation projects, create transparency, support integration, and identify potentials for growth and margin.

What you will achieve

  • Responsibility for the entire controlling of Sushi Mania, including budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Contact and sparring partner for management and site management in all business-related questions as well as active support in strategic and operational company decisions.
  • Preparation and further development of the monthly management reporting including deriving recommendations for action.
  • Conducting profitability, profit, and scenario analyses to provide sound support for entrepreneurial decisions.
  • Responsibility for the administrative and commercial matters of the company.
  • Support in harmonising and integrating financial and business processes as well as financial accompaniment of the introduction of a new SAP system.
  • Interface to group functions and the Shared Service Center Accounting as well as active participation in compliance, governance, and risk management topics.
  • Commercial support of investment and transformation projects.

What you bring

  • Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)
  • Field of study: Business administration, finance, controlling or comparable field
  • Professional experience: at least 5 years in controlling, finance business partnering or a comparable commercial function
  • Extensive experience as a business-oriented controller with pronounced business partnering competence as well as very good knowledge in controlling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
  • Experience in SAP system landscapes; participation in SAP implementations or transformations is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of accounting and collaboration with shared service centres.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a strong results orientation as well as pronounced analytical skills, pragmatism and implementation strength.
  • Ability to prepare complex issues understandably, advise decision-makers and very good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High initiative and enjoyment in actively shaping change, as well as working in a dynamic environment between SME culture and corporate structures.
