What you will achieve

You will build your own team and take on the personnel and professional leadership within your team. You support your team in the pedestrian zones and help them actively approach passers-by, inspiring them for our latest projects and campaigns. Together, you will win potential new members. You are the business card of the Unia trade union and make an important contribution to the rights and interests of employees in Switzerland.

• Leadership & coaching of dialoguers
• Organisation & planning of your team’s stand actions
• Operational responsibility regarding target achievement and quality management
  

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience, at least 2 years in face-to-face marketing (F2F)
• Leadership experience or proven talent in leading and developing employees
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Additional language skills are an advantage
• High social competence, assertiveness and organisational talent
• Independent, solution-oriented and responsible working style
• Enjoyment in working with people and achieving ambitious goals
