For a modern, digitalised and established consulting firm in the Zug region, we are looking for an experienced individual who wants to apply their expertise purposefully and at the same time take the next step in their development.
In this versatile role, you will manage demanding national and international mandates, maintain direct communication with clients and be an important professional contact within the team.
We are looking for a person who combines professional competence with entrepreneurial thinking, customer orientation and enthusiasm for digital solutions.
Type of Work
- You independently manage a diverse, exciting portfolio of national and international fiduciary mandates, purposefully using modern digital tools and contributing to making processes efficient and future-oriented
- You are responsible for financial and payroll accounting and accompany your mandates holistically
- You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including meaningful reporting
- As a direct contact person, you advise your clients on professional issues and develop suitable solutions together
- You maintain existing client relationships and contribute to long-term client retention with your professional advice
- With your experience, you support employees in demanding specialist topics and actively share your knowledge
- You participate in projects
- You take on internal IT responsibility and continuously optimise processes

Requirements Profile
- Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector
- Enjoyment of demanding client consulting and direct client contact
- A completed higher professional education, for example as a certified fiduciary expert, certified auditor or certified expert in accounting and controlling
- Strong interest in modern, digital working methods
- Confident handling of Abacus and MS Office
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a high quality awareness
- Enjoyment in taking responsibility and passing on knowledge within the team
