Personnel Advisers from 80% to 100% (Auxiliary Status, Multiple Positions)

The Department of Economy, Employment and Energy (DEE) is seeking a dynamic individual to join the Cantonal Employment Office (OCE), a service centre of the State of Geneva specialised in placement in the fight against unemployment. Within the OCE, the Regional Placement Office (ORP) has more than 130 personnel advisers.

Under the supervision of their group leader, the successful candidate will be called upon to support and mobilise job applicants in their efforts to reintegrate quickly into the labour market while applying the Federal Law on Mandatory Unemployment Insurance, as well as the Cantonal Law on Unemployment (LMC).

• Mandatory gymnasium maturity (or equivalent training) and federal specialist certificate in human resources (those without the federal specialist certificate in human resources will be hired in class 15)
• 5 years of proven experience in one or more of these sectors: placement, coaching, training, recruitment, management
• Excellent level of French, spoken and written, other languages an asset
• Familiar with new recruitment methods: sourcing, social networks, job boards, big data, AI
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook
