Service Advisor in the Automotive Industry (100%)

Location: Bielstrasse, 3053 Münchenbuchsee

In this position, you will ensure a professional customer service process together with your colleagues through your organisational talent and customer focus.

Your tasks:

• Personal and telephone customer advice
• Support of our customers from appointment scheduling to invoicing of orders
• Creating work orders and cost estimates
• Handling insurance cases
• Consulting and selling services and accessories
• Implementation of applicable quality and brand standards
• Ensuring a professional and smooth order processing
• General administrative tasks

Your profile:

• High technical competence in the automotive sector
• Experience as a customer service advisor / service advisor
• Federal certificate of competence in the automotive trade and commercial further training
• Good IT user skills
• Customer- and service-oriented, reliable, independent working style
• A professional and friendly manner with customers and employees as well as a well-groomed appearance
• Team spirit, flexibility and the ability to keep an overview and remain calm even in hectic situations
• Fluent German in spoken and written form. Additional languages are an advantage
