About the job
People with dementia need people who are there for them.
Sonnweid is regarded as one of the leading institutions for people with dementia. In our competence centre, our 330 employees from various specialist areas care for and look after 174 residents. General practitioners and geriatric psychiatrists ensure medical care. The differentiated living and care concept is adapted to the stage of the illness. Our semi-acute ward offers a temporary home for people with particularly challenging behaviour, while the day/night ward relieves caring relatives with day and holiday stays.
Our mission statement, which places the needs of people with dementia at the centre, forms the basis for our daily actions. With joy and conviction, we do everything to ensure that the residents feel comfortable and at home in Sonnweid. In doing so, we respect each other in our individuality and support each other in challenging situations.
