Your Impact

• Join our extended Cyber Security leadership team and contribute to our strategic efforts to expand our client base, foster partnerships, and contribute to the overall growth trajectory.
• Manage our team of Digital Identity experts and foster a supportive, friendly, and flexible work environment to ensure the success and well-being of our team.
• Act as an engagement manager for IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects of varying size, scope, and complexity, becoming the trusted advisor to our clients.
• Advise clients on establishing Digital Identity programs, covering strategic, tactical, operational, and technical aspects. This includes Digital Identity strategy, processes, and implementing top IAM and PAM solutions in client networks.

Your Skill Set

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity, with a focus on Digital Identity, IAM and PAM.
• A master's or bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional qualification. Additional certificates such as CISSP, CISM, SSCP are advantageous.
• Prior consulting experience from either a consultancy firm or an internal corporate consulting function.
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience in various Digital Identity technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Microsoft or Saviynt.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff. You are fluent in English; German or French are a plus.
