About the job

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and reliable Property Accountant 50-80%.

Your Tasks

• Independent management of property accounting for rental properties and condominium owners' associations (STWEG)
• Preparation of ancillary cost statements and annual accounts
• Preparation of annual financial statements in the area of condominium ownership
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Processing and payment of creditor invoices
• Monitoring of incoming payments and handling of dunning procedures
• Assistance in budget preparation
• Preparation of social security statements for the caretaker staff
• Contact person for owners, auditors and tenants regarding accounting queries
• Mutual representation and support within the team

Your Profile

• Completed commercial basic training with accounting knowledge
• Professional experience or appropriate further training in property management or accounting
• Good IT user skills; experience with RIMO R5 is an advantage
• Independent, structured and efficient working style
• Team-oriented, flexible and responsible personality
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• Quick comprehension as well as high resilience and reliability
• Enjoyment of a varied activity in a small, well-coordinated team
