The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernised in the coming years through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a competent, reliable and committed individual as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH as Head Night Nurse.

This is how you will support us:
- In this responsible position, you bear the main responsibility throughout the entire night shift (21:45 – 07:15) and support the night nurses (assistant staff) in the care departments at the Baden site
- You perform nursing and medical-technical tasks professionally in accordance with your professional profile and ensure structure, calm and safety during the night
- You carefully maintain the nursing documentation and ensure a smooth handover to the early shift

This is how you can convince us:
- You have completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognised qualification
- You have experience in long-term care and in dealing with residents affected by dementia – or are willing to acquire this knowledge specifically
- You are familiar with RAI-NH
- You work independently, are decisive and proactive
- You are an empathetic, flexible and cheerful person with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
- You are mentally and physically resilient as well as reliable and responsible
