For our Quality Assurance department at the production site in Chur, we are looking immediately for about 6 months for an independent and experienced person as
Quality Assurance Analyst 50% - 60% (m/f)
You are part of a small, experienced team and report directly to the Head of Quality Assurance. Your main tasks include:
- Analyses: Performing chemical-technical, microbiological and sensory analyses according to the test plan specifications and in coordination with production to monitor compliance with the specifications created by Heineken. Documentation of the generated data in the data recording system
- Continuous Improvement Management: Participation in the daily control and improvement system (DCS), conducting root cause analyses, participation and leadership of improvement teams, assisting in the development and creation of corresponding documentation
- Maintenance: Maintenance and calibration of measuring devices in the laboratory and production as well as documentation of the data in the respective systems
- General administrative tasks within quality assurance
Requirements:
- Completed training as a laboratory technician, food technologist or similar and corresponding experience in the laboratory/quality assurance field
- Experience in chemical-technical analysis and ideally in microbiology
- Experience in a food company or in the field of chemistry/biology
- Very good German skills and good English skills
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Flexibility in organising work assignments
