For our purchasing team, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement as

Purchasing Clerk 50 – 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Triggering orders according to the corresponding guidelines and requirements

Checking and processing order confirmations

Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring timely procurement

Creating enquiries as well as obtaining and evaluating offers

Maintaining article and supplier master data in the ERP system (MS Dynamics 365 Business Central)

Checking supplier invoices, creating supplier evaluations

Handling purchasing complaints, returns and replacement deliveries

Participating in compliance projects (PPWR, CBAM, etc.)

Supporting the purchasing team in daily business as well as in the automation, digitalisation and optimisation of purchasing processes

Assuming deputising duties within the purchasing team

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial basic training and experience in operational purchasing

Professional experience in a technical and industrial environment, ideally in machinery and plant engineering or in connection with chemical products

Further training as a purchasing clerk is an advantage

Independent, structured, precise and solution-oriented working style

Communicative, reliable and team-oriented personality

Solid PC user skills in MS Office as well as experience with ERP systems, knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage

Negotiation-level German as well as good English skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills (Italian, Spanish) are an advantage
