You are responsible for building technology and the contact person for our customer in the field of building technology. Your area of responsibility includes the following tasks:

• Technical responsibility in the field of building technology and maintenance
• Supervising all building services systems (HVACSE)
• Monitoring and performing maintenance/inspections according to maintenance planning
• Advising the property owners in all technical trades
• Administrative handling of daily business
• Repair work on the building services infrastructure
• Planning, organising and implementing projects in the field of building technology
• Optimising operating costs in the building with innovative ideas and ensuring customer satisfaction with your service-oriented manner
• On-call duty

• Technical basic training in the field of HVAC or electrical

• Driving licence category B

• Willingness for on-call duty
