Your tasks

• Ensuring the operation and further development of banking applications, system environments and peripheral systems
• Processing and clarifying customer enquiries regarding functionalities in various banking specialist areas
• Analysing, prioritising and resolving faults as well as implementing new requirements
• Providing professional support and advice to the banking specialist users of our client banks
• Coordinating, testing and accompanying releases and new functions

Your profile

For this exciting and varied role, we are looking for motivated professionals at the interface between banking and IT operations, with a strong customer focus and the following skills:

• Experience in the operation, support and ideally configuration of core banking systems or other business-critical applications
• Knowledge in the automation of processes, controls and instances as well as good SQL, PL/SQL and Python skills
• Ideally banking expertise in the areas of printing, archiving, payment transactions, back office, stock exchange, investment management
• Experience with the Finnova Core Banking System or other core banking systems is an advantage
• Experience with peripheral systems, CheckMK, Airflow, Domtrac, Hyparchive (bossinfo.ch AG), Hypersuite (IMTF)
• Very good German skills, good English skills
• Service-oriented personality with team spirit and pronounced customer orientation
