- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process
- Creating and publishing job advertisements
- Active sourcing via various channels
- Applicant management
- Organisation of interviews and trial days
- Support of onboarding
Personnel administration
- Preparation of employment contracts, references and confirmations
- Maintenance of personnel files
- Management of entries and exits
- Holiday, absence and time management
- Support with salary changes
Consulting and leadership support
- Contact person for employees and supervisors
- Support with labour law issues
- Coordination of employee discussions
- Accompaniment of change processes
HR projects
- Digitalisation of HR processes
- Development of modern recruiting channels
- Employee marketing and social recruiting
- Organisation of training and further education
- Apprenticeship management
- Co-creation of a modern corporate culture
What you bring with you
- Training in HR (HR specialist certificate or comparable further education)
- Several years of experience as an HR Generalist
- You are familiar with the production environment
- Enjoy recruiting
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Confident appearance and high social competence
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
