About the job

• Coordination and administrative processing of special orders, customer customisations and after-sales service, internally and externally on the production side
  
• Preparation of cost estimates and quotations for customer customisations and repairs
  
• Recording, maintaining and coordinating orders, components and status information in SAP/AP+ and CRM
  
• Monitoring deadlines, prioritising and proactively escalating bottlenecks, cost deviations or technical risks
  
• Maintaining overviews, dashboards and evaluations of open orders, throughput times and priorities
  
• Supporting process improvements, documentation, component orders and targeted individual projects
  
• Administrative support in the daily business of Jewellery Operations as required
  

Requirements

• Completed commercial, technical or jewellery-related basic training
  
• Experience in the jewellery sector, goldsmith environment or comparable practical experience preferred
  
• Further training in jewellery, production, supply chain, project coordination or process/system management preferred
  
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in jewellery, luxury goods, order management, production coordination or production planning
  
• Experience with customer customisations, special orders, after-sales service or atelier/supplier coordination
  
• Very proficient in MS Office; SAP/ERP experience preferred
  
• Very good German and English skills (written/spoken)
  
• Highly organised, independent and reliable working style
