For our client in Rheinfelden, we are immediately looking for a:
HR Assistant (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

What awaits you: • Maintenance and management of personnel files as well as changes in the HR system • Support with monthly payroll processing and time management • Handling absences and correspondence with social security, authorities and insurance carriers • Preparation of confirmations and work references • Independent handling of personnel administration from entry to exit • Support in the recruitment process, especially with applicant correspondence and appointment organisation • Contact person for employees and supervisors on administrative HR matters • Participation in HR projects and support in the implementation of HR processes • Involvement in all areas of HR and support with daily tasks
What characterises you: • Completed commercial basic training as well as further training as a personnel clerk or equivalent further training • Several years of experience in a similar role • Proficient user knowledge of the common MS Office suite • Empathetic person with quick comprehension and an independent, precise and structured way of working • Communicative, discreet and service-oriented personality • Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
