Your Tasks
- Support and accompany people with psychological challenges in everyday work
- Lead as operator on the digital cutter (wood and textile processing), including operation of the robot
- Interest and aptitude to further develop into the specialist wood leadership
- Responsibility for the smooth processing of orders and adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Support in production planning
- Accompany inclusive offers as well as administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Technical basic training (carpenter; joiner or comparable)
- Experience as an operator on a digital cutter or a CNC machine
- Organisational flair and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Experience or further training in work pedagogy is an advantage
- Good IT user skills (Microsoft 365)
- Team-oriented, resilient, reliable and conscientious personality
- Openness and joy in changes, in designing and implementing
