In this key position, you actively shape the future of digital product presentation at PKZ. You are responsible for the areas of photography, styling, and product content, ensuring that our range is presented on all digital channels in a high-quality, brand-appropriate, and inspiring manner. With your sense for processes, quality, and innovation, you continuously develop our production organisation and drive the use of new technologies and artificial intelligence along the entire content value chain. This creates the foundation for an outstanding digital shopping experience and sustainably strengthens PKZ's competitiveness.

To complement our successful e-commerce team in Urdorf, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and innovative personality as Head of E-Commerce Production 100% from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

• You take overall operational responsibility for the areas of photography, styling, and product content. Together with your teams, you ensure that all product content is provided efficiently, with high quality, and on time for our digital sales channels.
• You lead and develop the responsible team leads and their teams, fostering a performance-oriented, innovative, and future-focused collaboration. In doing so, you create optimal conditions for efficient processes and the highest quality standards.
• You are responsible for planning and managing the entire e-commerce production and ensure that product photography, styling, and product content consistently and powerfully reflect our brand world.
• You analyse and optimise existing processes along the entire content value chain and consistently drive the further development of systems, workflows, and structures.
• You identify potential in the areas of automation, artificial intelligence, and digital innovations and actively shape the transformation towards a modern, scalable, and technology-supported production organisation.

• You have a higher education in e-commerce, media production, business administration, or a comparable qualification and bring several years of leadership experience in product content, photo production, content operations, or e-commerce.
• You have experience in building and optimising processes and organisational structures as well as in successfully implementing change and transformation projects.
• Modern technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence excite you. Ideally, you have already successfully introduced or further developed AI-based solutions or digital production models.
• You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented, and convince with your strong implementation skills as well as your pronounced communication and leadership abilities.
• You are passionate about digital innovations, have a strong quality awareness, and want to actively shape the future of digital product presentation.
