What is the concept of the promotional campaigns?

To make even more people aware of our innovative care concept, we regularly hold information stands at publicly busy locations – e.g. at events, in squares or near shopping centres. We are present with a stand and specifically address passers-by – friendly, direct and with heart. The goal: to make our offer known, to inform and to win over caring relatives for us.

We are currently looking in the Bern region and offer flexible working models – either part-time or full-time as well as on an hourly basis per day of deployment.

Your role

• Representing Pflegewegweiser at promotional campaigns in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, especially in and around shopping centres
• Approaching passers-by openly to explain the concept briefly and convincingly
• Answering initial questions and arousing interest for further discussions
• Documenting leads and handing them over to the team for follow-up

What you bring

• Communicative, open and confident personality who is secure in direct conversations with strangers
• Fluent Swiss German skills and the ability to communicate clearly and precisely in writing
• Availability immediately as well as flexibility regarding days and locations of deployment
• Mobility and a valid driving licence are required
• Enjoyment of independent work as well as punctuality and reliability
• Ideally experience in sales, promotion or care consulting
