Chief Client Officer (CCO)
As CCO, you are responsible for the customer-related areas of Expersoft. These include Customer Relation (Retention & New Acquisition), House of Excellence (Support & Service), Customer Delivery, Technical & Hosting Services, as well as Corporate Marketing. You will lead Customer Relation directly, and the other four areas through one directly subordinate manager each. In total, you will manage around 50 employees. You report directly to the CEO and are a member of the executive management. The focus is on sustainable, profitable revenue growth and consistent customer retention. At the same time, you ensure first-class customer service and support as well as the reliable implementation of customer projects and release updates. You personally manage strategic customers and act as a sparring partner and role model for the sales managers.
For this demanding leadership role, we are looking for a
service-oriented and sales-strong personality
with several years of leadership experience in a complex customer organisation and a convincing track record in sales. You are familiar with the acquisition and development of demanding corporate customers and align different areas towards common goals. In doing so, you lead pragmatically and empathetically and lead by good example.
Experience in the financial services, software, or SaaS environment is an advantage. Interest in the financial market, technical understanding, as well as fluent German and English skills are prerequisites.
