About the job

You have successfully completed your MLaw and have a flair for commercial, private, and banking law? Then from 1 February 2027, we have an exciting internship position at Bundesplatz in Bern in a varied and diverse field of work! Additionally, there is the possibility to attend lectures for the bar exam. The remuneration ranges from CHF 5,200 to CHF 5,500.00 (x12) per month depending on training level and experience.

What excites you

  • You actively work in the BEKB Legal Service team with the opportunity to get to know the diverse tasks and activities in this exciting area
  • You conduct legal clarifications, draft legal documents (such as debt enforcement orders, requests for annulment, criminal complaints) and correspondence in legal disputes
  • You revise contracts or prepare them
  • You independently answer legal questions and inquiries from authorities (such as disclosure orders and social inquiries) as well as legal questions from BEKB employees
  • You participate in internal projects and support the department in administrative matters

What you bring

  • You have a successful MLaw degree, preferably having attended lectures in the areas of debt enforcement law, inheritance, and property law
  • Ideally, you have already completed a court and/or legal internship
  • You are a service-oriented personality who enjoys working in a team as well as precisely, independently, and reliably
  • You have a confident command of the German language; good French skills are an advantage
  • You are interested in legal topics in the banking environment
