Our Client
Our client is a Swiss contract manufacturer specialising in the development and production of hard candies, toffees, pastilles, as well as their packaging. For over 120 years, the products have been successfully marketed nationally and internationally in the confectionery, dietary supplements, and pharmaceutical sectors. Workplace: Baden region

Your Area of Responsibility
  • Management of the development department for dietary supplements and pharmaceutical products
  • Development of specifications for pharmaceutical product materials.
  • Management of development and innovation projects, including feasibility studies and formulation development
  • Participation in validation plans and their implementation
  • Assistance in the development and testing of medical devices.
  • Technical and personnel leadership of development and quality control with several employees
  • Supervision of inspection and measuring equipment control within the team
  • Support of sample productions in the pilot laboratory in close collaboration with the team
  • Release of raw materials, packaging materials as well as intermediate and final products in cooperation with the team
  • Coordination and monitoring of deviations, change control and OOS cases
  • Optimisation of workflows, processes and structures, and test regulations as well as training of employees
  • Responsibility for stability testing and continuous quality control

Your Profile
  • Education or degree in the pharmaceutical field / pharmaceutical technology
  • Extensive experience in the development of high-quality products (Pharma, NEMS, Medical Devices)
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable environment
  • Experience in project management and coordination of development and innovation projects
    good communication skills, assertiveness and decisiveness
  • Initial experience in quality control in the food & GMP environment is desirable.
  • Structured and analytical working style, ability to prioritise tasks
  • Fluent German and very good English skills, both spoken and written
  • Proactive, pragmatic and independent working style
  • Ability to motivate, guide and continuously develop employees
