For our construction department at the headquarters in Oberhasli/ZH, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a

Team Leader Construction (80-100%)

Your tasks

• Development and optimisation of our product range – from the base plate to the load carrier
• Design of customer-specific solutions in close coordination with sales
• Creation and maintenance of 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and parts lists
• Manufacturing-oriented design for laser cutting, bending, welding, and assembly
• Maintenance and structured filing of CAD and product data
• Technical interface between sales, production planning, and production
• Participation in the standardisation and continuous improvement of our design processes
• Personnel and professional leadership of two employees

Your profile

• Completed training as a draughtsperson EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience in design in the field of sheet metal processing and very good 3D CAD skills,
  preferably SolidWorks
• Enjoyment of creative solutions – even with unusual customer requests and in confined spaces
• Confident handling of technical drawings and parts lists
• Independent, structured, and absolutely reliable working style
