To strengthen our marketing team at our headquarters in Oberhasli/ZH, we are looking for a creative and motivated individual to take our marketing activities to the next level.

Marketing Employee (80%)

Your tasks:

• You will maintain and further develop our website and webshop (Magento 2)
• You will develop our social media activities and brand presence
• You will create and coordinate marketing and communication materials – digital and print
• You will take a central role in organising trade fairs, events, and training sessions – from planning through briefings and coordination to execution
• You will be actively involved at trade fairs: helping with setup, coordinating materials and logistics, and lending a hand yourself
• You will support market analyses, trends, as well as internal and external communication

Your profile:

• Ideally, you have a technical or craft-based basic education and/or training in marketing (e.g. marketing specialist, media technician EFZ or equivalent)
• At least three years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in B2B, SME, or industrial environments
• Experience in online marketing and with CMS/webshops is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong organisational skills and enjoyment in managing several topics simultaneously
• Hands-on mentality: you not only organise but also actively contribute
• Enjoyment of trade fairs and events and the ability to keep an overview and find solutions on site
• Driving licence category B is mandatory
• Strong affinity for vehicles and interest in technical products
• You think proactively and beyond your own area of responsibility
• Independent, structured, and absolutely reliable working style
• High initiative, team spirit, and communication skills
• German as a native language, French skills are a great advantage
