Production Team Leader / CNC (m/f/d)

For the technical and organisational development of our production areas, we are looking for an innovative, solution-oriented and inspiring leader.

Your contribution

• Technical and personnel management of two production teams
• Ensuring an efficient production process in terms of quality, deadlines, safety and costs
• Support and coaching of employees in day-to-day business
• Deployment and resource planning in cooperation with AVOR and planning
• Identifying and implementing optimisation potential in production processes
• Active participation in the introduction of new technologies, equipment and automation solutions
• Close cooperation with the departments of quality, process technology, planning and maintenance

Your skills and talents

• Technical-mechanical basic training with further education in production technology / business administration (FH/HF) advantageous
• Several years of experience in mechanical production
• Initial or several years of experience in a leadership role (e.g. as team leader, group leader, shift supervisor or deputy)
• Good knowledge of CNC production processes and CAM systems, SolidCAM advantageous
• Understanding of production planning, lean management and continuous improvement processes
• Independent, solution-oriented and pragmatic working style
• High social competence and enjoyment in leading and developing employees
• User knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
