Employee Breakfast Service Schwiizer Stube 60%- 70%
These tasks await you
- Preparing the Schwiizer Stube restaurant
- Setting up and dismantling the breakfast buffet
- Friendly welcoming, seating and attending to guests
- Placing orders
- Close cooperation with the breakfast kitchen team
- Daily preparation of mise en place
- Ordering required materials
- Collecting and passing on information and guest needs to the respective interfaces
- General cleaning tasks according to HACCP guidelines
- Working according to company standards
- Setting tables according to occupancy & specifications
You bring with you
- Professional experience in the service sector is an advantage
- Clean, efficient and guest-oriented working style
- Communicative and team-oriented personality
- Fluent German skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
