The specialist course on the building envelope has been successfully conducted since 2024 and offers people with refugee and migration backgrounds concrete professional prospects. Around 70% of previous participants have subsequently found a position in the primary labour market or a training place. 


With a view to continuing the offer, we are looking for a committed and proactive individual from December or by arrangement as

Course Instructor & Project Coordinator Building Envelope and Labour Market Integration, 60%-75%

Workplace: Zollikofen

Your Tasks

  • You will gradually take over the project coordination of the specialist course on the building envelope and be responsible for its successful continuation.
  • You will independently conduct teaching units and team teaching.
  • You will plan and coordinate lessons, practical assignments, and the organisational implementation of the specialist course.
  • You will support and coach the participants and work closely with referring agencies, internship companies, and the Polybau Education Centre.

Your Profile 

  • You have experience in planning, coordinating, and implementing educational or qualification programmes.
  • You have completed training in adult education (at least SVEB 1) or have equivalent professional experience.
  • You work independently, in a structured manner, and communicate appropriately with different stakeholders.
  • Ideally, you have already supported or coached people with refugee or migration backgrounds. 
  • Knowledge of vocational education and labour market integration as well as experience in application coaching, language teaching, or manual trades is an advantage.
