In the area of Production Technology & Innovation, the Digitalization department shapes, among other things, the further development of our digital logistics processes along the end-to-end process Inbound-to-Delivery and creates the basis for efficient, networked and future-oriented intralogistics.

Your typical day

  • Main responsibility: You are responsible for the tactical and operational further development of our digital logistics processes along the end-to-end process Inbound-to-Delivery and drive our digital transformation purposefully forward
  • End-to-End Governance: You sustainably control and optimise warehouse and logistics processes in the SAP EWM environment from Inbound-to-Delivery
  • Digitalisation initiatives: You implement smart automation, Industry 4.0 and warehouse automation solutions in close cooperation with ICT and specialist departments
  • Process & data standards: You define clear process standards, master data structures and KPIs for goods receipt, storage, picking and shipping
  • Project & interface management: You accompany cross-departmental projects (connection to S/4HANA & MES) from requirements analysis to successful rollout
  • Change management: You promote user acceptance, support interdisciplinary stakeholder management and ensure compliance with guidelines

Your profile

  • Professional experience: You bring several years of experience in the logistics environment with a strong focus on SAP EWM, digitalisation and process as well as change management
  • Education: You have a university degree (FH/ETH/Uni) in engineering sciences, industrial engineering, (business) informatics, supply chain management or a comparable field
  • Strong interface competence: You combine analytical strength and assertiveness at the interface between logistics, ICT and specialist departments - supported by deep know-how in ERP, EWM, MES and automation systems as well as data-driven process design
  • Communication & doer mentality: You convince with strong moderation and communication skills (very good German and English) as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working
  • Method and social skills: You have pronounced change management and stakeholder management skills to accompany digital transformation processes
  • Project strength: You have proven practical experience in the successful implementation of complex, interdisciplinary transformation projects without direct line responsibility
