The contribution you can make
- Develop and evaluate real estate projects in the initial phases as well as prepare solid decision-making bases to support strategic investment decisions
- Manage and monitor feasibility studies; define projects to ensure their proper implementation
- Transfer projects to operational organisational units and ensure the implementation of strategic directives
- Integrate sustainability objectives, in particular the net zero emissions target, into the development of the real estate portfolio by preparing specialist bases, offering advice to project participants, and exchanging knowledge and experience
- Contribute to the further development of the sustainability strategy; represent the organisation in specialised bodies, professional networks, and working groups
What distinguishes you
- University education (university or university of applied sciences) in architecture, civil engineering, business administration, environmental sciences, or a related field of study
- Further training in real estate economics or business administration as well as in sustainability applied to construction
- Several years of professional experience in portfolio development or project management and in sustainability applied to the real estate sector
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills; experience in preparing decision-making bases and managing complex projects
- Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working method; strong communication and consulting skills
- Good knowledge of a second official language

In this sustainability-focused role, you will contribute to the sustainable development of our real estate portfolio. You will integrate sustainability objectives into portfolio development and define the requirements to realise future-oriented and resource-respecting investments.
