The contribution you can make

• Manage financial accounting, specifically the general ledger, periodic closings, investment accounting, account adjustments and master data according to the financial management and accounting guidelines of the Confederation
• Prepare monthly reporting and provide support to the specialised Controlling department in activities related to budgeting, cost accounting, valuations and authorisation assignments in SAP
• Ensure technical support and prepare documents related to processes (including the internal control system ICS)
• Proactively collaborate on projects in the specialised Financial Accounting sector

What distinguishes you

• Diploma from a university of applied sciences or a higher specialised school (e.g. expert in finance and controlling, specialist in finance and accounting)
• Professional experience in accounting with a focus on financial accounting, including ICS
• Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• Analytical and conceptual skills; goal and result orientation, mental and physical resilience
• Team spirit, strong communication and organisational skills, precision and autonomy
• Good knowledge of two official languages
