Our client is an internationally active precision company currently employing around 30 staff.

For the company headquarters in the Waldenburg Valley (BL), we are looking for an experienced, independent, responsible, solution- and goal-oriented individual.

Show what you are capable of - these tasks await your energy:

• Assembling and inspecting mechanical assemblies and complete instruments
• Repairing customer devices, including overhauls
• Carrying out adjustments and optimisations
• Setting up machines and performing rework according to specifications
• Improving workflows
• Acting as deputy within the production team

To bring in your full energy, you bring the following:

• Training as a watchmaker or precision mechanic
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role in a production company
• Passion for precision mechanics and accuracy
• High quality awareness and attention to detail
• Business fluent German skills
