Your tasks

• Preparation of cost estimates
• Development of scheduling programmes
• Creation of tenders including offer comparisons and awards
• Monitoring of construction accounting and administration
• Execution of on-site construction management
• Conducting inspections and defect rectifications
• Supervising junior construction managers

Our requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as draughtsperson EFZ FA, bricklayer EFZ or equivalent training in construction
• Completed further training as a federally certified construction manager or equivalent further education
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience after completing further education
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft 365 and knowledge of a construction accounting programme
• Motivated person fitting the team, aged 30 to 45 years
• Committed, confident demeanour and assertiveness
• Resilient and conflict-capable personality
• Fluent German skills (C2) and driving licence category B
